N-Power withholds candidates’ payments, adopts whistle blowing: The Npower Nigeria has raised concern over the failure of N-Power volunteers to carry out their duties as assigned while some hardly visit their Primary Place of Assignments (PPAs), yet their receives monthly stipend. With this, their monthly stipends of ₦30,000 had been placed on hold. All N-Power Volunteers are warned to stop seeing the programme as an avenue to make free money.

In a statement released on its official twitter handle, @npower_ng. “For those who have a job and use N-Power as a secondary source of income, proceed with caution.” “N-Power has a whistle blowing policy. Details on this coming soon”. The names below are N-Power volunteers who have been placed on Payment Hold starting from July 2017.

Candidates are warned against giving false information, as the N-Power officials now use Bank Verification Number (BVN) to ascertain if the candidates have another job. Npower Nigeria will disqualify successful shortlisted candidates who provided wrong information during the registration.

The Npower registration portal closes on Thursday, July 27, 2017. Interested candidates who are yet to register for the 2017 Npower recruitment can still apply.
